17. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact, excluding innerwear and final clearance items.

18. Refunds

Once returned items pass our quality inspection at the warehouse, refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment source within 3 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank NEFT transfer.

19. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
