• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next immediate business day.
• Distinction: Order Processing Time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your items at our facility, whereas Shipping/Transit Time refers to the time the package takes to travel from our facility to your doorstep via our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Destinations

• Current Operational Scope: We currently ship exclusively within India, covering major towns, cities, and pin codes nationwide through our third-party logistics network.
• International Shipping: International shipping is not currently available.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Partners: All shipments are dispatched via reputable third-party courier and delivery partners.
• Standard Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched from our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location and pin-code accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• Shipping Fees: Standard shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
• Free Shipping Conditions: We frequently offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders meeting a specified minimum cart value. Please check current site banners or checkout details for active free shipping thresholds.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and handed over to our third-party delivery partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your Tracking ID and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

6. Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Because all orders are shipped domestically within India, no international customs duties or import taxes apply. All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax laws.

7. Delivery Delays

While we and our logistics partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery, transit delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

• Severe weather conditions or natural disruptions.
• Regional holidays, strikes, or local transport restrictions.
• Remote pin codes or incomplete address details.

Volume Zero is not directly liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will actively assist you in tracking and resolving delivery bottlenecks.

8. Incorrect Addresses & Address Changes

• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address and pin code is entered accurately during checkout.
• Address Updates: If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Failed Deliveries

If our third-party delivery partner attempts delivery and fails because you are unavailable at the address or unable to answer the contact number provided:

• The courier will typically make up to 2-3 re-delivery attempts.
• If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse as a Return to Origin (RTO).
• Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship RTO packages due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking status shows the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building security, or front desk reception.
• If the package cannot be located, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of the marked delivery timestamp so we can raise an official investigation with our third-party courier partner.

11. Damaged Packages

• Inspection upon Receipt: Before accepting delivery from the courier executive, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of tampering, crushing, or water damage.
• Reporting Damage: If the package or product inside arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or accept it while noting the damage with the courier. You must report damaged packages to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence at admin@volumezero.in.
